Built in 1805, our grade ll listed building is located in the centre of Southernhay.

The building houses 10 bedrooms, our bar, restaurant and private dining room. Outside seating is available and we serve lunch and dinner on our veranda in our secret garden when the sun shines.

This intimate hotel is set in a Grade II listed Georgian gentleman's residence in central Exeter. It offers luxurious rooms, a cocktail bar, a casual club room and a private garden just 5 minutes' walk from Exeter Cathedral.
