Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is a Grade II listed hotel resided on the former grounds of King Henry VIII’s Bridewell Palace that was built around 1515 as his short term residence. Over the years the grounds witnessed a variety of purposes, including a public school, prison and a warehouse just to name few. It is located at the historical Square Mile, in the heart of the City of London. Blackfriars station is only across the road, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern and Shakespear’s Globe Theater are short stroll away.
